firm of Lord Bissell & Brook to create RxInsights.
A web-based database, RxInsights cites the statues, rules and regulations
that directly -- and indirectly -- impact prescription drug management.
Laws and regulations on utilization review, privacy, reimbursement, mandatory
generics, the definition of a pharmacy, licensure of PBMs and Third-Party
Administrators, as well as workers' compensation managed care certification,
networks and pharmacies, and employer-direction are among the topics addressed
in this comprehensive compendium.
More than a mere list of laws, Rx Insight provides analysis and interpretation
of workers’ comp rules and regulations, enabling members to make
